He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Bittner and Genevieve Bittner (Smart); and his wife Judy Elaine McCarty. He is survived by: his children, Brian Bittner (Angela), Denice Anderson (Larry Blanton), Donna Burdecki (Joey Pugh) and Wendy Carley (Scott); and his siblings, Robert Bittner (Ruth), Mike Bittner (Bonny), Tim Bittner (Pam) and Pam Morrow (Scott). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
