He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Christine Moyer; his daughters, Christina Wiley (Matthew) and Alicia Stegall; his grandchildren, Dylan McFarland (Bryanna Bauman), Devon McFarland, Mackenzie and Colin Wiley; his siblings, Rex Russell, Kevin Russell, Arline Gloor and Thelma Lannan; and his brother-in-law David Moyer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
