She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joines and Esther Joines (Perry); her husband George Waltz; and her daughters, Dianne Heinz and Susan Waltz.

She is survived by: her children, Janet Ernst (Chris), Karen Burns (Marcus), Mary Westover, Keith Waltz (Tina) and Kevin Waltz. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
