We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2023, at the age of 79, Joycelyn Snowden (Madison, Ohio), born in Easton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Snowden and Marion Snowden (Lambert); and her brother Curtis Snowden. She is survived by: her children, Bryon Smith (Kristi) and Alison Smith; her sisters, Janice Novachcoff and Amy Roberts; and her friend Kathy Mercuri.

In lieu of flowers please make contributions to either the Madison Senior Center (2938 Hubbard Rd, Madison, OH 44057) or Island Safe Harbor Animal Sactuary (2337 S. Linda Drive, Marblehead, OH 43440).
