She is survived by: her children, Earl Tate (Penny), David Tate and Cindy Lamb; her grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Gregory and Jerome (Missy); her great grandchildren, Lily, McKenzie, Parker, Remington, Katelyn, Lauren, Matthew, Annlyn and Justin; and her siblings, Jack Kish (Diane) and Bonnie Peternal (Bob).
