We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2022, at the age of 70, Joseph Edward Cook of Madison, Ohio, born in Renton, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip E. Cook, II and Doris G. English Cook; and his brother Phillip E. Cook, III. He is survived by: his siblings, Grant Cook (Tatiana) and Carole Cook Ellzey (Glen). He is also survived by many nieces. nephews, great nieces, great nephews, family, and friends.
