He was predeceased by: his father Neil. He is survived by: his mother Nellie Gragg; his wife Cindy; his son Joseph Gragg (Brandi); his grandchildren, Ruari, Rowan and Riston; his brothers, Charles (Judy), David (Lisa), Daniel (Lori), Timothy (Vickie) and Tom (Rachael); his foster sister Sally Dafner; his children, Licorice, Wiley and Holly; and his former spouse Connie Bayt.

Donations are suggested to the grandchildren for future education expenses.
