He is survived by: his significant other Kathleen Stroisch; his daughter Cassandra L. Mohar; his grandchildren, Kali Jordan Mohar, Blake Preston Steimnetz and Mikaela Lena Querry; and his siblings, Drema Kunze (Donald), Ulysses Altizer (Pam), Patricia Znidarsic (Henry) and Judy Saporito. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private, family suggests donations in his name may be made in care of the family.
