He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann (Psuty); his daughter Melissa Holder; his grandson Taylor Allan Holder; and his siblings, Shirley Pace, Winston Holder (Elizabeth), Janice Obannon (Dale), Robert Holder (Barbara) and Debra Mustrove (Ted).
