He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perkins and Eleanor Perkins; his parents-in-law, Julie Ferkul and John Ferkul; and his brother-in-law Bryan Ferks.
He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Tracy, Kimmy, Matthew (Noreen) and Jessica (Matt Novel); his grandchildren, Mandy (Nick Henderlight), Erin, Rachael, Taylor and Max; his great grandchildren, Orion, Evander, Jayce and Bentley; his brothers, David (Margie), Doug (Barb) and Mike (Sandy); and his siblings-in-law, Sylvia, John, Stan and Paul.
