JoAnne Dempsey Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnne Dempsey of Madison, Ohio, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on August 4, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint JoAnne leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Grafelman and Alina Grafelman (Nordtume). She is survived by: her son Steven Dempsey of Madison, Ohio.; her brothers, John Grafelman (Jean) of Woodbury and Jim Grafelman (Mary) of Rhineland; her niece Katie Grafelman; and her nephews, Andrew Grafelman, Paul Grafelman and Ben Grafelman.
