He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin E. Browning and Ina Mae Browning (Johnson); his stepfather Clifford Sharp; and his siblings, Ethel Roberts, Myrtle Wilkerson and Billy Browning.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Browning; his daughters, Lynne Jacobs, Sheryl Noble and Andrea Nunley (Rodger); and his grandchildren, Mark Jacobs (Amy), Rachel Burnette, Johnathon Burnette (Jamie), Dominic Nunley (Krystal), Richard Jacobs (Nichole), Matthew Nunley (Lisa), Marissa Martin (Cody), Jerod Nunley and Nora Nunley. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
