She is survived by: her husband Timothy Burke; her daughters, Alexis Burke and Haley Ocheltree (Justin); and her sisters, Dawn Levak, Patricia O'dell (Tim), Pamela Boyce and Mickey Forster. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
