He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Betty Jones and Ronnie Dumford; his grandfather James Winston Elkins; and his cousin Timothy Elkins Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Elkins and Rachel Elkins (Hubbard); his brother Aiden Elkins; his grandmother Rene Tremmel; his aunt Deana Johnson (Mike); his uncle Daniel Eggenberg (Dawn); his great-grandparent Anna Dumford; his great-aunt Sharon Dickerson (Jeff); his cousins, Taylor, Carly and Morgan; his grandmother Verna Jean Elkins; his great-aunts, Bonnie Crosby, Bessie Tennant and Cherry Crosby; his uncles, Jesse James Elkins, Timothy Elkins (Tricia), Scott Elkins (Amy), Mike Elkins (Kelly), Daniel Elkins (Ava) and Rick Elkins (Patricia); his aunt Debbie Blevins; and his cousin Winston. He is also survived by numerous loving cousins, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
