We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2021, at the age of 71, Jann Terry in Madison, Ohio, born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Terry and Eliza Terry (Hilliard); and his son James "Dale" Terry. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Phillips; and his children, Jennifer Stratman (Todd), Chris McBride and Cari McBride (Bob Nole). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
