She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her siblings, Owen, Delbert, Dr. Paul, Dorothy Vaniman and Miriam Conklin; and her great grandchild Nicholas Fender.

She is survived by: her children, Sherry Edwards (Gordon), Donna Hole (Robert), Boyd Eby (Karen) and Bruce Eby (Amy). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Ohio Hospice of Dayton in Janet's memory.
