He was predeceased by: his parents, Mastin Mullins and Myrtle Mae Mullins (Rose); his stepsons, David Mullins Sr. James and Lee Jr.; and his daughters, Frances Vrooman, Janet Tucker and Sandra Henderson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Harbour and Karen Prince; his stepson Kenneth; and his sister Nancy Rivera. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
