He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Pivonka and Laura Pivonka (Komorowski); and his son-in-law Marty Green. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Ann Calvey; his children, Deborah Pivonka-Green, Laura Caswell (John), Cathy Rowan (David), Sheri Kerestman (Steve), James Pivonka (Jill), Thomas Pivonka (Margaret) and Tim Pivonka (Virginia); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Jesse, Natalie, Jacob, April, Becky, Jennifer, Brandy, Jessica, Cassandra, James, Timothy, Rachel, Olivia, Kyle, Calvin, Riley, Jordan, Madeline and Mackenzie; and his sister Joan Oden (Tom). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
