He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Harter and Margaret Harter (Guinsler); his granddaughter Heather; and his siblings, Don Harter and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Tyrrell; his children, Mitch Harter (Valerie), Scott Harter, Kim Harter Mizerak and Julie Harter; his grandchildren, Bailey, Jackie, Nicole, Trevan, Noah and Hanna; his great grandchildren, Julia, Brody and Julian; his brother Larry Harter (Fay); and his sister-in-law Jean Harter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
