He is survived by: his parents, Phyllis Quayle (Peterson) and Perry Quayle; his wife Susan; his son Perry Quayle (Nicole Kelly); his siblings, Sarah Sample (Larry Advey) and John Quayle (Gail Hopkins); his nephew Benjamin; and his brothers, Philip, Bruce, Mark and Dennis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and great friends.
