She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Hayes (Hansen) and Lawrence R. Hayes; and her siblings, Herbert Hayes, Ruth Holder and Dorothy Fowler.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Slover, Richard Hayes, Eugene Slover (Betty), Raymond Slover (Lona), Daniel Slover (Kim) and Russell Slover (Laurie); and her sister Lillian Hollis. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchild.
