We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2018, at the age of 99, Hazel L. Bernard (Madison, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Ernst (Chapman) and Wayne Ernst; her husband Fred Bernard; her son Ronald Bernard; her children-in-law, Lee Warren and Barbara Bernard; and her siblings, Kenneth Ernst, Betty Chapman and Joanne Robison.

She is survived by: her children, Jan Warren of Madison, Lynn Bernard of Canandaigua, NY and Gerald Bernard (Mary Ann); and her siblings, Marjorie Drought of Geneva and David Ernst of Kent. She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren.
