He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Smith (Brock); his children, Louise Hejduk (Joe) of Madison and Allan Smith (Theresa) of Madison; his son-in-law Frank Leonard of Painesville; his grandchildren, Jeremy (Frances), Jessie (Brynn), Dustin, Ian (Kayla), Courtney (Zack) and Nick; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Cody, Parker, Bradley, Jaxson and Leo.
