He is survived by: his parents, Noel Sr. Boggs and Lois "Ayers" Boggs; his wife Annie; his children, Seth Boggs, Cody Brewster (Ashley Morris), Miranda Boggs, Megan Boggs and Holly Yoe (Steven); his grandchildren, Hayden Brewster, Charlene Yoe, Josephine Yoe and Maxine Yoe; and his siblings, Rebecca Anderson (Scott), Timothy Boggs (Bridget) and Noel Boggs, Jr (Crystal). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
