He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; and his son Frank Theiss. He is survived by: his children, Kim Overberger, Vicky Christopher, Sharon Theiss, Kathy Theiss and John Theiss; his stepsons, Mike Luebking and Carl Luebking; and his friend Frank Krnach.
