He is survived by: his children, Timothy L. Lisa Newland (Tiede) and Darlene A. Charles (Newland); his grandchildren, Charles L. Cline II and Stephanie C. Cline; and his siblings, Carol A. Kazsmer (Newland) and William Bemis (Newland). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
