He is survived by: his children, Kimberley Stewart, Lori Morgan (Kevin) and Fred Stewart; his grandchildren, Christopher, Timothy Reid, April Cole (Derek), Fred Stewart (Jamie), Rachael and Michael Morgan; his great grandchildren, Logan, Aubrey, Cameron, Jaden, Adalyn and Graham; and his former wife Jean Niedermeyer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
