She is survived by: her children, Terry Daugherty Boehm (Robert) of Medina, OH and Leo Daugherty III (Rhonda) of Rhineyville, KY; her siblings, Josephine Shaw (James) of Bellefonte, PA, Deborah Collins (Charles Loesch) of Centre Hall, PA, Frank J. Adams (Annette) of Edison, NY, John F. Adams of Toms River, NJ, Albert P. Adams (Marylin) of Osceola Mills, PA and Robert S. Adams (Elaine) of Osceola Mills, PA.; and her grandchildren, Bridgette, Benjamin and Ryan Boehm.
