We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2018, at the age of 95, Evelyn D. Oakman (Madison, Ohio), born in Madera, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Fitzgerald and Edith Fitzgerald (Crane); her husband James R Oakman; her daughter Connie Hupertz; her grandchildren, Robert Oakman II and Dayna Oakman; her great grandchild Keri Hupertz-Vickery; her son-in-law Harry Powell; and her siblings, Thomas, Edward, Aaron, Eugene, Delores Page, Mary Shaffer, Bernice Pile and Alice Holtzendorf.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Robison (Dan) of Thompson, James Oakman of Medina, Susan Andrews of Fairport Harbor, Robert Oakman (Toni) of Ashtabula and Joanne Powell of Jefferson; and her son-in-law Jerry Hupertz of Geneva. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
