She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Kivimaki and Elizabeth Kivimaki (Amzibel); and her husband Gerald Slapak. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Rupert (Karl), Judi Cudnik and Gerald Slapak (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Josiah Rupert (Madison), Jordan Rupert (Kelcee), Rebekah Ackerman (J. C.), Kristen Davis, Patrick Slapak, Karrie Little (Mike), Joshua Cudnik (Danelle), Jeremiah Cudnik, Jesse Cudnik (Denise), Jami McCloud (Dallas), Jeri Simpson (Ian) and John Michael Cudnik; and her siblings, Barb Tecavec (James) and Raymond Kivimaki (Cathy). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
