She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Cowger and Ruth Cowger (Hoak); her husband Edgar Palmer Cochran; and her daughter Crystal Puhalsky. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Cochran and Shane Cochran (Tammy); her grandchildren, Bailey Puhalsky, Cade Cochran and Brody Cochran; and her brother Nelson Cowger.
