She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Davis and Lizzie Davis (Webb); her husband Jack Leonard Crouse, Sr.; her son Jack Leonard Crouse, Jr.; and her siblings, Harry, Tom, Bob, Jack, Nellie, Betty, Billie and Beatty.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamala Ensell, Terri Flensburg (Cory) and Cynthia Sullivan (Brian); and her grandchildren, Josh Ensell, Brittany Flensburg, Callie Flensburg, Eric Repinski, Sabrina Conner (Dave) and Brian James Sullivan.
