He is survived by: his wife Arbutus Kinder Bell of Emmons; his daughter Lisa Ann Lowe of Emmons; his brothers, Jack Bell of Madison, OH and Larry Bell of Emmons; his grandsons, Andrew Lowe (Karrie) of Ashford and Aaron Lowe (Brittany) of Charleston; and his great grandchild Grace Anne Lowe of Ashford.
