It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Connie Sue (Chafin) Offi of Madison, Ohio, born in Whitman, West Virginia, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Chafin and Lilly Chafin; her sister Candace Tillis (late Robert Offi); her sister-in-law Sandra Ann Chafin (Vanover); and her partner Ira Holbrooks.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Offi; her brother James Chafin III of Rock Creek; and her stepsisters, Sue Hefner Kidd, Kim Hefner Calore and Pam Hefner Tillema. She is also survived by two nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to Hospice of Western Reserve.
