He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Snyder and Mable Snyder; his son Rex; and his siblings, Katherine Tyler and William Snyder.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Housel; his children, Denise Lewis (Brian), Reese Snyder (Susie) and Neil Snyder (Julie); his grandchildren, Tricia Hawes (Gilbert Beachler), Stephanie Stancliff (Keith), Kurt Lewis, Bethany Booth (Dave), Vince Mucci (Shannon), Adam Mucci (Wanda), Samantha, Jacob and Matthew Snyder; and his brother Roger Snyder (Karen). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren.
