He was predeceased by: his father Robert Payne; and his stepfather Leon White. He is survived by: his mother Sally Payne (White); his wife Lori Hockenberry; his son Alex Payne; his stepson Paul Schill (Alexandrea); his sisters, Arlene Nied, Audrey White and Alice Zarobell (Glen); and his granddaughter Grace. He is also survived by many nieces; nephew, and extended family members and friends.
