She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Palmer and Virgil Palmer; and her siblings, Virgene McGroarty and Wayne Palmer. She is survived by: her husband Clyde N. Bukky; her children, Debborah Atkinson (Norman), Sandy Ames, Donald Ames (Barbara), Tamara Silvis (Brian), Kimberly Amiott (Ames), Jeremy Bukky, Ava Bukky, Clyde Bukky (Cheryl), Becky Chapman, Edward Bukky (Laura) and Lisa Latz; and her sister Beverly Sapatka. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Betty's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
