He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Dobbin and LaVerna M. Carter Dobbin; his brother Clyde Dobbin; and his pet Cooper. He is survived by: his daughter Amy E. Cleland (John) of Lexington, Ohio; and his granddaughters, Jillian Cleland of Youngstown and Emily Cleland (family: Phyllis S. Mincks, Eric, Ronnie, Rodney, Jamie) of Columbus. He is also survived by companion and her family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home (416 East St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
