He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Dennis Stack and Pauline Beatrice Swain; his son Kurt Allen Stack; his grandson Carl Steven Stack, Jr.; his brother Dennis Stack; and his half-brothers, James P. Stack, Kendal Stack and Gary Lee Stack.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra D. Baker Stack; his children, Paul "Eugene" Stack (Debbie) of Warner, Carl S. Stack of Cumberland and Melissa J. Polk (Neil) of Caldwell; his daughter-in-law Stephanie L. Stack of Waterford; his half-sister Sandra E. Hesson of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Blake Audra Wilson (Alex) and Mackenzie Darlene Polk; his stepgrandsons, Kyle and Christopher Fink; his great grandchildren, Greyson, Wade and Emmalynn Wilson; and his close friends, Gloria, Donna Farley, Mike Harper, Gary Farnese, Richard Thomas and Pastor John Schafer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and uncles.
