He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hanford "Hank" and Lila Belle Mincks Chandler; his wife Rummer Chandler (Mildred E. Wagner); and his sister Marjorie Raub. He is survived by: his children, Farm, Jeff, Mike and Susie Chandler; his stepchildren, Darrell Mincks (Janet), Jerry Mincks (Barb), Debbie Mankins (Scott) and Walt DeLancey (Leeanne); his brother Edward Chandler (Betty); his brother-in-law Robert Raub; and his nephew Darrell Raub. He is also survived by Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
