She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kacovec and Julia Hlestala Kacovec; her former husband Donald R. Egnot, Sr.; her husband Burhl Stack; her son Robert Dale "Bobby" Egnot; and her siblings, Veronica, Paul and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Egnot, Jr. of Macksburg and Cindy Conway (Dave) of St. Clairsville; and her grandchildren, Crystal Bates, Donald R. Egnot, III (Judy) and Michael Conway. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
