He is survived by: his wife Judy Williams-Cerjak; his mother Carmela of Hudson; his children, Jason Ritz of Fargo, ND and Leslie Ritz (Anthony); his siblings, Frank (late Marsha) of Indianapolis, Judy Sewell (Don) of Stow and David (Donna) of Louisville, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Cerjak, Joe Sewell, Kate Sommers (Sewell), John Cerjak and Jennie Cerjak. He is also survived by Mentor; three grandchildren.
