He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley and Anna; and his siblings, Robert, Paul and Catherine.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; and his children, Jennifer Milancuk, Darlene Bell, Paula Hupcey and Stan Coffman. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ALS Association in his honor.
