He is survived by: his wife Josephine McCollum (Skala); his children, Stacie McCollum of Garrettsville, Brian McCollum of Brook Park and Jeffrey McCollum of Youngstown; his grandsons, Timothy G. McCollum-Dalton of Austintown, Jakob D. McCollum of Medina and Dylan McCollum of Brook Park; and his siblings, Joan Slipski of Austinwon, Jenny Mills (Chuck) of Austintown, James McCollum (Donna) of Mt. Joy, PA and Robert McCollum (Donna) of Younsgtown.
