She was predeceased by: her husband John Huxtable (Jack); her brother David Herendeen; and her parents, Wallace Herendeen and Marian Herendeen. She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Mandich (Mike); her grandchildren, Jacob and Kaden; her siblings, Barbara Szaibel (Ron) of Cleveland, Nancy Flick of Kittanning, PA and Joseph Herendeen (Susan) of North Carolina; and her friend Mary Luke. She is also survived by her 7 nieces and 8 nephews.
