Maynard; her children, Denise Maynard, Tammy Edmonds (Mike), Dusty Maynard (Emily), Amanda Olschlager (Robert), Jessica Marcelewski (Brandon) and David Maynard; her grandchildren, Destiny, Tino, Quinn, Sarah, Aliza, Rory, Matthew, Dallas, Reed and Rielynn Jean; and her siblings, Glen Spencer, Mary Horvath, Eva Jo Patterson and Terrie Spencer.
