He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Green and Barbara Green (Kasch); his brother Robert Green; and his stepfather Robert Roop. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Ann Harsch (Joshua) of Austin, TX, Nathan Green and TJ Peterson (Becca) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Claire, Jonathan, Samuel Harsch, Gabrielle and Isabella Green; and his sisters, Cathy Glenn (Jody Don) and Jodi Penn (Mickey). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
