She was predeceased by: her parents, Clare Milo Rowland and Dortha Irene Shumaker Rowland; her husband Harold "Hap" Peebles; her son David Peebles Lyons (Lise); her sisters, Wilma Hinkle, Louise Smith and Joan Bauer; and her brothers-in-law, Albert Hinkle, Robert Smith, Arden Hallett, Dick Bauer and William Fleck.
She is survived by: her daughter Penny Waack (Jeffrey) of Wauseon; her grandchildren, Kendra Batdorf (Jason) of Wauseon, Hayley Baldwin (Justin) of Wauseon, Whitney Lavinder (Nick) of Wauseon, Joshua Peebles (Kat) of Chicago and Cory Peebles (Missy) of St. Louis; her stepgranddaughter Lara Frankenberg; her great grandchildren, Delaney, Bowen Batdorf, Benjamin, Ella Clare Tule, Addison, Travis Baldwin, Lola, Karsyn, Lucas, Kynlee Lavinder, Isabeau, Ava Seiler, Oaken Peebles, Declan and Bennett Peebles; and her sisters, Jeanette Fleck and Kathy Damiano (Dan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Lyons Christian Church or the Lyons Historical Society.
