He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Stover and Flossie Stover (Williams); his former wife Bonnie J. Platt; his son Clifton Stover; his siblings, Jacquline Andrews and Rudy Stover; and his granddaughter Abigail Eller.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon K. Ferris; and his children, Roger Stover (Barb), Terry Stover (Autumn), Deborah Beck (Charles), Carol Mynhier and Amy Bennett (Steven). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
