She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Burroughs and Mary Burroughs (Jenkins). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Cook; her children, Mary Ryon (Chris), Tina Febre (Robyn Nitschke), Thomas Cook (Lori), Kevin Cook (Brooke) and Marc Febre; and her sisters, Nina Mackey (Roy), Connie Xenakis (George) and Lori Passmore. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be gifted in Carol's honor to the Lyons Christian Church.
